We start with a free 15 minute consultation, to hear why you are seeking therapy and to determine whether I can help you.
The next step is booking your first session. During this, I will ask you more in-depth questions and together we will put together your individual care plan for therapy.
Following this, we will have regular (usually weekly) sessions to explore your concerns and work towards your goals.
We will review our work and your goals at regular intervals.
I became a clinical psychologist to empower people to make changes in their lives for the better. Day to day life can feel overwhelming and you might feel stuck, not able to enjoy things you used to love or just feel that you cannot move on.
I provide evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique needs. My main approaches are Narrative therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work with both adolescents and adults.
For the past two years I have worked as a Trauma Specialist in London and I also offer a range of trauma-focused approaches for PTSD.
Therapy is a calm and confidential space where you can talk about your difficulties and concerns. I have been trained to work collaboratively with clients and together we will decide which approach is the best fit for your needs.
