We start with a free 15 minute consultation, to hear why you are seeking therapy and to determine whether I can help you.
The next step is booking your first session. During this, I will ask you more in-depth questions and together we will put together your individual care plan for therapy.
Following this, we will have regular (usually weekly) sessions to explore your concerns and work towards your goals.
We will review our work and your goals at regular intervals.

During my career, I have worked in various settings, including hospitals, community centres, child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), and charities dedicated to addressing human rights abuses.
