How it works

  1. 1. Free initial consultation

We start with a free 15 minute consultation, to hear why you are seeking therapy and to determine whether I can help you.

  2. 2. First session and assessment

The next step is booking your first session. During this, I will ask you more in-depth questions and together we will put together your individual care plan for therapy.

  3. 3. Regular sessions

Following this, we will have regular (usually weekly) sessions to explore your concerns and work towards your goals.

  4. 4. Review

We will review our work and your goals at regular intervals.

About me

I became a clinical psychologist to empower people to make changes in their lives for the better. With over a decade of dedicated experience, I’ve had the honour of supporting diverse individuals throughout their personal journeys.

Everybody has a story, each person is unique.

I trained at University College London, and later expanded my practice to work with international clients from my private practice in Europe. During my career, I have worked in various settings, including hospitals, community centres, child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), and charities dedicated to addressing human rights abuses. After completing my doctorate training, I worked as a trauma specialist in London, building relationships with under-privileged communities affected by a major disaster.

My work is now focused on helping people with:

  • Anxiety (Generalised & Social)
  • Trauma
  • Relationship Difficulties
  • Obsessions and Compulsions (OCD)
  • Depression and low mood
  • Low self-esteem
  • Panic attacks
  • Perfectionism
  • Phobias and fears
  • Post-traumatic stress (PTSD)
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Stress
  • Wellbeing and self-care
  • ADHD assessment
  • Cognitive (IQ) assessment

My therapeutic approach is incorporating thoughtful and evidence-based methods tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.

The main therapeutic approaches are:

  • Narrative Therapy
  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
